1. How Shipping Fee Charge?

The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of the purchased product and the delivery destination. If you have any questions, please contact our email [email protected]

2. What are the available shipping methods?

Our express delivery includes DHL, UPS, Fedex, Post Parcel, Air Shipping, Sea Shipping, etc. 

Sorry that we cannot specify express delivery, but we will choose the best express delivery according to the delivery area.

For most shipping methods, we only charge shipping fee, the possible tax/duty is not included. Please kindly note that the Tax / Customs fee in destination country are at the customer’s expense. When the contract is signed on DDP terms, the possible tax/duty is included.

*If you have your own shipping method or shipping forwarder in China, please contact us and provide their information, we will ship the order to your warehouse or forwarder.

3. How long does it take for orders to get sent?

Handle Time: 

Items that are in stock are shipped in 2 business day.

Delivery Time: 

Because Geeko kit includes lithium battery and package size is large, our default shipping method is sea shipping. 45-65 business days by sea shipping(sea shipping delivery time is not accurately maybe one week delay sometimes).
We also supply you air shipping way, 7-15 business days by air shipping. But shipping cost will increase 250USD

4. How are customs and import tax/duty handled?

We encourage you to check the local customs office for potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs, before placing any order. In addition, some products may require special licenses or permits to import for some countries.

The Tax / Customs fee in destination country are at customer’s expense.
