1.How shipping fee charge?

Normally, if you are in the above delivery area, shipping is free. 

If your country is not in the above delivery areas, it may be difficult to ship to your country temporarily.

2.What are the available shipping methods?

Our express delivery includes DHL, UPS, Fedex, Post Parcel, Air Shipping, Sea Shipping, etc.

We will choose the best delivery methods according to the delivery area. If you need to specify the shipping method, you need to make up the freight, please contact [email protected]

3.Where is the order shipped from?

Since Geeko has a lot of SKUs, normally we ship from China. In some special cases, we also ship from our distributors in France, Germany, Austria, Poland.

4.When will the order be shipped?

Handle time: 

Items that are in stock will be shipped in 2-5 working days.

Delivery time: 

Shipping from China to EU:

About 25-30 days by truck;

About 45-60 days by sea; 

Shipping from EU warehouse to EU:

About 7-10 days;

Shipping from China to USA:

About 25-30 days by sea;

Shipping from China to Canada:

About 65-75 days by sea;

Shipping by air:

5.Do I need to pay import duty and VAT?

The price already includes import duties and VAT, no additional charges. 

6.Tracking number

As soon as your order has shipped, we’ll notify you by email providing you with the tracking information for your package.

Please take a note that the tracking number will only be activated after customs clearance. This means that you need to wait for some more days before you can check shipping status, usually 45-60 days if by sea, 25 days if by truck, and 10-15 days if by air.

If the tracking number is activated, you can check the status of the delivery in “Account->Order” in the upper right corner of the page or “Order Tracking” in the lower right corner of the page.
