- Geeko kit in your order will be shipped in 2 parcels from EU warehouse, shipping time 3-7 days.(One parcel with battery and bracket controller, the other parcel the rest of the Geeko kit).
- Other accessories in your order will be shipped separately in 1 parcel from China factory by air, shipping time 8-12 days.
Note that in this case you will need to install some accessories yourself. Don’t worry, the installation of the accessories is very simple, please follow instructions below.

- Your order will be shipped in one parcel from China factory, and the accessories will come pre-installed. Normally shipping time 25-30 days.

The first motor was unfortunately defective. I noticed a strange noise coming from the rear motor. Still, I would give the customer service at Geeko 7 out of 5 stars! They guided me through several troubleshooting steps, but nothing worked… the noise persisted.
After a lot of back and forth, they offered me a replacement motor for $40. I had to transfer the new motor into the old tire, which was a bit annoying, but I managed it. Since then, I’ve been riding my bike to work every day, and I have no complaints!
I’ve done about 500 km with the new motor so far, and both the motor and battery are still performing excellently. I’m very thankful for the great support from Geeko. The new motor is fantastic —> 5 out of 5 stars!

After 1 year or fuse: in general it works well. The first impression was nice, and with relatively small amount of fiddling it was possible to install.
It is relatively silent, and the 38 Nm and 250W is sufficient for small riders.
However, there are many quirks and quality issues in long term use.
The front lamp was not possible to fasten with the screw, I had to add a zip-tie.
During the first rain, water leaked into under the display, so we have to remember to cover it with a plastic bag in rain.
The battery is not so easy to put on and off. The battery anyway is very key is fiddly, and is NOT optional. If you don’t close it with the key, the battery is not held in place. Once, the battery was not well secured with the key, and it fell off during the ride. The small plastic holder broke off from the battery, and now I looked for some velcro to keep it in place.
if you pedal backwards it still pushes forward.
The display had no user manual, and took me a full day to find out how to switch on the light, or reset the counter to zero.
The battery % indicator is useless, it keeps showing 90% charge after an hour of riding, then shows 50-60% and then 5 minutes later drops to zero.
When I take off the battery, and forgot to put back on the plastic cap, the connectors get wet if it rains during the day.
Warranty: I had to make pictures and videos of everything, then they charge $20 time for shipping there is an issue. Later on I didn’t even bother.
Remember, it has only cadence sensor, so cannot sense how strong you pedal, only how fast.
All in all, kinda works, but I don’t think I would buy it again.
